3. Abandoned Flat 28
Flat No 28 had been unoccupied for 20 years so, accordingly, the company took legal advice towards obtaining a Forfeiture Order. Subsequent to obtaining the Order, the Flat was sold in February 2025 for £115,000. Legal fees and other charges of £14,687 were incurred in finalising the sale, leaving net proceeds of £100,313. Unpiad service charges of £13,373 were charged against these proceeds, leaving a net balance of £86,940. This balance is currently held in trust for any potential legal owner of the Flat.
