Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006, on the going-concern basis.
The directors have decided that the company will remain in existence and will not be wound up, irrespective of whether a proposed arrangement for the direct payment of future contractual proceeds to the directors can be agreed.
The company has a longstanding contractual arrangement under which approximately £18,000 may become receivable upon satisfaction of certain contractual conditions over time. As entitlement to this amount remains conditional, no debtor has been recognised in respect of this prospective receipt.
The directors have considered the company's financial position, anticipated cash flows and its ability to meet liabilities as they fall due. Having completed that assessment, they consider the going-concern basis appropriate.

Other accounting policies
Debtors and bad debt
The comparative debtor of £28,553 related to an invoice issued to Lioncross Huntingdon LLP for project management services. The directors state that the amount remained unpaid and that Lioncross Huntingdon LLP entered liquidation in September 2025. The balance has therefore been written off in the year.
General contingency amount previously shown as a provision
The directors have described the £10,000 previously presented as a provision for liabilities as a general amount set aside for future unplanned costs and not as an obligation arising from a past event. On that description it does not meet the recognition criteria for a provision under FRS 105. The filing-format balance sheet therefore illustrates its removal from liabilities and a corresponding correction to reserves.
Related parties and directors
During the year the company incurred project management fees of £35,000 and development consultancy fees of £35,000 in relation to businesses connected with directors. The directors have also reported that £70,000 was due from related companies and that the funds were to be used to reduce directors’ loan accounts.
Average number of employees
The average monthly number of persons employed by the company during the financial year, including directors was nil (2024 – nil)
