Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts are presented in pounds sterling, rounded to the nearest pound. The company was dormant throughout the year ended 31 January 2026 and had no significant accounting transactions during that year.
