NOTES TO THE REVISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

1.	REVISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The financial statements for the period 1st July 2024 to 30th September 2025 have been revised.

They

-

replace the original financial statements;

-

are now the statutory financial statements;

-

are prepared as they were at the date of the original financial statements and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates.

The original financial statements did not comply with the requirements of Companies Act 2006 due to a failure to apply the recognition and measurement criteria of FRS 105 section.

To remedy those defects, the accounts have been amended to Previously, Nathan Atkinson and Mandy Baker had a combined balance of £100,000. We have now transferred these invoices to DCA, reducing the creditors' balance and increasing the DCA balance by the same amount.

Additionally, we have reduced the dividend from £129,658 to £31,056. This results in a corresponding increase in the retained earnings balance. However, there is no change to the corporation tax liability.

3.	AVERAGE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES

The average number of employees during the period was 2 (2024 - 1 ) .

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 30th September 2025.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 30th September 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
