Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 December 2024.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 18 September 2025, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
Creditors falling due within one year (director’s loan) were overstated by £1,419, carried forward from an error in the prior period’s accounts, where a refund of expenses was not offset against the director’s loan balance. Net liabilities were overstated by the same amount.

Significant amendments made:
Corrected creditors falling due within one year from £34,505 to £33,086, net liabilities from £34,418 to £32,999, and the comparative figures for 2024 accordingly. No other figures have changed.

Date of approval of revision: 23 October 2026
