Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 July 2025.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 21 July 2026, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
A loan of £1,000 received from Harjoth Sokhi was recorded as income instead of as a creditor. As a result, creditors falling due within one year were understated by £1,000 and net assets and reserves were overstated by £1,000.

Significant amendments made:
Creditors falling due within one year corrected from £0 to £1,000. Net assets corrected from £466 to net liabilities of £534, with reserves corrected accordingly.

Date of approval of revision: 23 October 2026
