1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities.

	Going concern
	The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are authorised for issue. The directors therefore consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate.

	Investments
	Investments in subsidiaries are measured at cost less accumulated impairment losses, in accordance with Section 9 of FRS 102. At each reporting date, investments are assessed for indicators of impairment. Where such indicators exist, the recoverable amount of the investment is estimated and any impairment loss is recognised immediately in profit or loss.

3.	Further information regarding the company's income
	These financial statements have been prepared for the period from the date of incorporation on 18 September 2024 to 30 September 2025. This represents the Company’s first set of financial statements since incorporation.

4.	Fixed asset investments
	On 26 September 2024, Company acquired 100% of the Common Stock of Queequeg Renewables North America Inc. Incorporated in United States of America On 14 May 2025, by way of a share for share exchange, the Company acquired 100% of the A ordinary, B ordinary and C ordinary share capital of Queequeg Renewables Ltd, and 100% of the ordinary share capital of Queequeg Renewables UK Ltd and Quren Italia Ltd (formerly Queequeg Renewables Italia Ltd). All three companies are incorporated in England and Wales. The Company and its subsidiaries comprise a small group. The Company has taken advantage of the exemption conferred by section 399 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare group accounts.

Fixed asset investments

On 26 September 2024, Company acquired 100% of the Common Stock of Queequeg Renewables North America Inc. Incorporated in United States of America

On 14 May 2025, by way of a share for share exchange, the Company acquired 100% of the A ordinary, B ordinary and C ordinary share capital of Queequeg Renewables Ltd, and 100% of the ordinary share capital of Queequeg Renewables UK Ltd and Quren Italia Ltd (formerly Queequeg Renewables Italia Ltd). All three companies are incorporated in England and Wales.

The Company and its subsidiaries comprise a small group. The Company has taken advantage of the exemption conferred by section 399 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare group accounts.

5.	Creditors: amounts due within one year

	As at 30 September 2025, the company owed £1 to Queequeg Renewables UK Ltd and £1 to Quren Italia Ltd, which relates to amounts owed for unpaid share capital. These loans are interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

6.	Events after reporting date
	On 17 March 2026, one of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Queequeg Renewables Ltd, entered voluntary liquidation. This is a non-adjusting event. The investment of £1,020 is expected to be fully impaired in the next financial period.

7.	Related party transactions
	The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group. The company is a parent company that is exempt from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements by virtue of section 399 of the Companies Act 2006. The group headed by the company qualifies as a small group and the directors have therefore elected not to prepare consolidated group accounts.

Related party transactions

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

The company is a parent company that is exempt from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements by virtue of section 399 of the Companies Act 2006. The group headed by the company qualifies as a small group and the directors have therefore elected not to prepare consolidated group accounts.

8.	Controlling party
	The Company’s immediate and ultimate parent company is Nor’Easters Enterprises Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
