1.

General information

The company is a private company limited by shares, incorporated and domiciled in the United Kingdom
and registered in England. The address of the registered office is 31 Groat Market, Newcastle upon Tyne,
Tyne and Wear, England, NE1 1UQ.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The following principal accounting policies have been applied:

2.2

Going concern

The company incurred a loss of £243,481 during the period and, at 31 March 2026, had net current liabilities of £535,366 and net liabilities of £243,381. Included within creditors due within one year is £627,087 owed to Partypods Limited, a related company. The directors have considered the company's financial position and its expected future trading and cash requirements. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis on the assumption that Partypods Limited will continue to provide financial support and will not seek repayment of amounts due where this would prejudice the company's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The directors consider this assumption to be reasonable and therefore have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are authorised for issue.

2.3

Revenue

Turnover represents amounts receivable for goods and services provided during the period, stated net of value added tax.

2.4

Leases

Leases in which substantially all the risks and rewards of ownership are retained by the lessor are classified as operating leases. Rentals payable under operating leases, including any lease incentives received, are charged to profit or loss on a straight-line basis over the lease term, unless another systematic basis is more representative of the time pattern of the company’s benefit.

2.5

Interest income

Interest income is recognised in profit or loss using the effective interest method.

2.6

Pensions

Defined contribution pension plan

The company operates a defined contribution plan for its employees. A defined contribution plan is a pension plan under which the company pays fixed contributions into a separate entity. Once the contributions have been paid the company has no further payment obligations.

The contributions are recognised as an expense in profit or loss when they fall due. Amounts not paid are shown in accruals as a liability in the balance sheet. The assets of the plan are held separately from the company in independently administered funds.

2.7

Tangible fixed assets

Tangible fixed assets under the cost model are stated at historical cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Historical cost includes expenditure that is directly attributable to bringing the asset to the location and condition necessary for it to be capable of operating in the manner intended by management.

Depreciation is charged so as to allocate the cost of assets less their residual value over their estimated useful lives, using the below rates.

Depreciation is provided on the following basis:

Property improvements
-
10%
straight line
Fixtures and fittings
-
20%
reducing balance
Office equipment
-
20%
straight line

The assets' residual values, useful lives and depreciation methods are reviewed, and adjusted prospectively if appropriate, or if there is an indication of a significant change since the last reporting date.

Gains and losses on disposals are determined by comparing the proceeds with the carrying amount and are recognised in profit or loss.

2.8

Stocks

Stocks are measured at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell.
Cost includes all costs of purchase, costs of conversion and other costs incurred in bringing the stock
to its present location and condition.

2.9

Financial instruments

Financial instruments are classified and accounted for, according to the substance of the contractual arrangement, as either financial assets, financial liabilities or equity instruments. An equity instrument is any contract that evidences a residual interest in the assets of the company after deducting all of its liabilities.
