At 1 November 2024 the balance owed from the directors was £51,529. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £5,711 and received repayments of £322 leaving a balance due from the directors of £56,918

At 1 November 2023 the balance owed from the directors was £44,399. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £7,442 and received repayments of £312 leaving a balance due from the directors of £51,529.

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.
