The Directors have considered the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the war in the Middle East (including Iran's involvement against Israel and the US) and of climate change on the going concern assumption of the company. In light of this, the Directors have concluded that the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the war in the Middle East or other global economic conditions such as potential volatility in financial markets or energy prices do not represent a material uncertainty in relation to the company's ability to continue as going concern through the date of the issuance of these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. |
