During the year the company made interest free, unsecured advances of £92,103 to its directors. These advances, together with £24,310 owed at the start of the year, were repaid in full during the year.

At 31 January 2026 the company had total financial commitments, which are not included in the balance sheet, of £30,861 (2025: £nil). These relate to amounts payable under a non-cancellable contract hire agreement for a motor vehicle.
