Employee numbers
During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 2 (2025: 1).
2.
Director's credits, advances and guarantees
At the 30 June 2026 the director owed the company £21,759 (2025: £8,280). During the year the amounts owed to the director were £66,036 (2025: £66,330) and the amounts paid to the director were £79,515 (2025: £74,788). The loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
For the year ending 30 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
