Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. Going concern: at 31 January 2026 the company's liabilities exceeded its assets by £1,351,542. The directors, who are owed £911,138 by the company, have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of those loans until the company is able to pay its other creditors, and that they will continue to support the company. On this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis. Prior year restatement: the comparative figures at 31 January 2025 have been restated. The accounts previously filed for that year left out loans from the directors of £884,961 and a loan from Trusted Media Agency Limited of £76,286, and other balances have been adjusted to agree with the company's accounting records. As a result, net liabilities at 31 January 2025 have been restated from £149,884 to £1,160,865.
