During the year, the company made interest-free advances to a director amounting to £3,330 (2025: £4,830). The company received repayments of £1,500 (2025: £1,500), leaving £1,830 (2025: £3,330) still to be repaid. These are repayable on demand but remain outstanding at point of accounts submission.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
