The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 0.

For the period ending 31 May 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 May 2023. These revised accounts are now the statutory accounts of the company for the period ended 31 May 2023. These revised accounts have been prepared as at the date of the original accounts and not as at the date of revision, and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. The original accounts omitted the company’s trading transactions, operating expenditure, bank balance, prepayments and liabilities, including amounts owed to the director. They also incorrectly reported £1 of issued share capital as unpaid. Consequently, the accounts did not correctly state the company’s assets, liabilities and financial position. The accounts have been reconstructed to include the omitted transactions and correct their classification and timing. Revised figures include turnover of £122.20, other income of £0.30 and a loss before and after tax of £9,919.38. The balance sheet now includes bank funds of £3.63, prepayments of £48.76, amounts owed to the director of £9,858.39, accruals of £32.20 and other creditors of £80.18. Issued share capital is £1 fully paid, and net liabilities are £9,918.38. Personally incurred pre-incorporation expenditure is excluded. The revision of these accounts was approved by the board on 24 October 2026.
