Respects in which the original accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006, and the amendments made:
Revised accounts correct FY2025 P&L for supported company receipts and director-paid business expenses, recognise £57.81 of unexpired service costs as prepayments, and update cash and bank balances from verified Wise and Payoneer statements. FY2024 comparative current assets are restated to include £3.06 of verified Wise cash. The £120 historical creditor is retained provisionally; its composition remains unverified.
Date of approval of revision: 25 October 2026
