1 Statutory information
Kanakonya IT Solutions Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 14620119. The registered office is Flat 9 Crosfield House, Mary Place, London, W11 4PJ, England. The company is in the process of being wound up.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the year end, the director owed the company £3,462 (2025: £3,462), which is included within other debtors. No interest has been incurred on this balance, and it is repayable on demand.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 1 (2025: 1).
For the period ending 31 July 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
