The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 0 (2025: 0).

For the period ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 28 February 2026. These revised accounts are now the statutory accounts of the company for the period ended 28 February 2026. These revised accounts have been prepared as at the date of the original accounts and not as at the date of revision, and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. The original accounts did not give a true and fair view of the company’s state of affairs at 28 February 2026 or its result for the year then ended. They included expenses of £155.06 that were incurred after the year-end, omitted a travel expense of £2.00, and did not record £90.00 of funds introduced by the director as a director’s loan. As a result, the loss for the year and the balance sheet were misstated Expenses incurred after the year-end (£155.06) have been removed and will be included in the accounts for the year ending 28 February 2027. A travel expense of £2.00 has been added. Funds of £90.00 introduced by the director are now shown as a director’s loan within creditors, and the bank balance is shown as £86.90. The loss for the year has changed from £156.16 to £3.10, and net liabilities are now £2.10. Corporation tax payable remains nil. The revision of these accounts was approved by the board on 24 October 2026.
