Providing affordable sound and lighting services for the arts and culture sector as well as community, grassroots and charitable organisations. Hire of equipment, advice, PAT testing and operation of sound and lighting equipment for events. Our company mission is to provide affordable, accessible services that are tailored to the needs of the communities the company works with, without being patronising. The mission is the standard to which we work, which is how the community benefits.
The company's stakeholders for this accounting period are as follows: The customers who use our services and benefit from them. The board of directors. The customers were asked for feedback after working with us. The feedback was very positive, common phrases that were used were professional, patient, inclusive and accessible. We also had some informal discussions with potential customers in the sector and the only piece of negative feedback that was given by one organisation was that our prices were still slightly too high for them. The directors took this feedback very seriously, re-evaluated, discussed matters with our technicians and ultimately lowered our prices slightly to be more affordable in line with our mission. The board of directors continuously evaluates the company's activities and tries to grow in line with the company's mission and vision.
