2Off balance sheet arrangements
At 31 January 2026, the company had a contractual commitment of £189,000 for the remaining purchase price of 27 Jarratt Street, Doncaster, excluding taxes and other completion costs. The £21,000 deposit and £2,000 buyer’s fee had already been paid. Under Extra Special Condition 16, the company also undertook, from completion, responsibility for completing works required by a local-authority notice and the associated costs. The cost of this commitment is not quantified in the supplied contract.
