SWIA CIC, their sub contractors and the leadership group have during the last financial year continued to promote Married In Scotland (MIS), a consumer facing marketing portal, representing Scotland as a leading wedding destination. In the last year, this has become available for free company listings for those that qualify. SWIA CIC have continued to develop relationships with VisitScotland, Scotland’s national marketing agency to ensure weddings are promoted in the best way possible. SWIA CIC now have links to their site from VisitScotland. SWIA CIC continue to partake in discussions with the Scottish Tourism Alliance to benefit the interests of the Scottish wedding industry.
