STRATEGIC REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026
General Review
During the year ended 31 March 2026, the principal activities of the Company continued to be centred around environmental compliance, data management and sustainability consultancy services. The business remained committed to operating as a business for good, with all strategic and operational decision making underpinned by the principles of B Corp.
The year represented a period of consolidation and preparation within a rapidly evolving legislative and regulatory landscape. Following the introduction of extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging, the Company focused on supporting customers through heightened complexity while continuing to invest in systems, people and policy capability to ensure resilience and scalability.
Total revenues for the year increased to approximately £47.1m (FY25: £40.8m), primarily driven by growth across Compliance Services, including Packaging, WEEE and Batteries compliance. Gross profit for the year increased to £9.0m, reflecting improved margin performance despite ongoing volatility within PRN related markets. The Company reported a net profit of £3.9m for the year (FY25: £4.9m), reflecting a deliberate strategy of increased investment ahead of ongoing regulatory change.
The balance sheet remains strong, with the Company maintaining a positive net asset position at the year end.
Legislative and Regulatory Environment
FY26 was characterised by continued and anticipated reform across the UK and European producer responsibility landscape, which has had a material influence on both service delivery and new service development.
The Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) regulations, which became legally effective in January 2024, continued to place significant operational and data reporting demands on producers during the year. This resulted in sustained demand for packaging compliance support, data validation services and technical advisory input. Alongside this, further work progressed across government and industry to establish a Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO), with appointment confirmed in April 2026. The Company continued to develop its systems, processes and advisory capability in readiness for these changes.
Within WEEE compliance, the UK Government confirmed reforms including the introduction of new obligations for online marketplaces and a new product category for vapes, taking effect from the 2026 compliance year. The Company supported customers in understanding the future implications of these reforms while continuing to innovate data and compliance services.
Reform to the Batteries and Accumulators Regulations remained delayed during the year, with consultation expected in the forthcoming period. However, ongoing policy engagement and market activity continued to drive demand for batteries compliance services and forward looking advisory support.
At a European level, the proposed Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) progressed through the legislative process. While PPWR will not take immediate effect in the UK, it has increased demand from multinational clients seeking guidance on alignment, data readiness and long term compliance strategy.
These legislative developments have directly informed the Company's service roadmap, with continued enhancement of compliance, data management and consultancy offerings to ensure customers are well positioned for future change.
Strategy and Business Development
Further work was undertaken during the year to develop and refine the organisational strategy. This included the creation of service specific growth plans across compliance, data solutions and consultancy services, with a clear focus on scalability, customer outcomes and long term sustainability.
The appointment of Alex Hilton as Director of Policy and Public Affairs had an immediate and positive impact, significantly raising the Company's industry profile and strengthening engagement with policymakers, trade bodies and industry stakeholders. This enhanced policy capability has enabled the business to better anticipate regulatory change and to support customers in navigating both current and emerging obligations.
BEYONDLY GLOBAL LIMITED (REGISTERED NUMBER: 05695937)
STRATEGIC REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026
Industry visibility was further supported by a significant increase in attendance and participation at industry events throughout the year. This activity resulted in valuable engagement with customers, prospects, partners and peers, strengthening the Company's position within the sector.
A key focus during the year was the development of partnerships. The Company embarked on its first association partnerships, most notably with Walpole (official sector body for the UK luxury sector) and the Food and Drink Federation, and is already seeing positive outcomes through increased collaboration, insight sharing and customer engagement. Further partnership development remains a strategic priority.
The directors are optimistic about the impact of delivering these strategic and service specific growth plans in the next financial year.
People and Culture
The Company's people remain at the heart of its success.
During the year, headcount increased to support growth across UK and international compliance, data and consultancy services. Continued investment in people development and career progression remained a priority, with multiple team members completing or progressing formal professional qualifications. Several notable exam passes and professional achievements were recorded, strengthening the depth and breadth of expertise across the organisation.
There was a strong and continued emphasis on mental health, wellbeing and inclusive workplace practices. The Company maintained a culture focused on psychological safety, flexibility and support, ensuring that people are able to thrive both personally and professionally.
The Company's approach to people and culture was externally recognised during the year, with success across a number of awards, including:
- Yorkshire HR Awards
- Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards - Best Physical Well being Initiative
- Business Culture Awards - Best CSR Initiative
The directors consider these achievements to be a reflection of sustained investment in culture, leadership and people centred practices.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Impact
The Company continued to embed ESG considerations into its operations, service delivery and strategic decision making.
As a B Corp certified business, the Company maintained its focus on reducing environmental impact, contributing to positive social outcomes and supporting customers in delivering meaningful environmental change. Activity during the year included continued carbon reduction initiatives, environmental research projects, and delivery of sustainability and circular economy consultancy services.
The Fund for Change programme remained a core part of the Company's social impact activity, enabling charitable contributions and community engagement aligned to the Company's purpose and values.
Principal Risks and Uncertainties
The principal risks and uncertainties facing the Company continue to relate primarily to legislative and regulatory change. These include:
- Uncertainty around the timing and implementation of regulatory reforms
- Increased complexity and volume of data reporting requirements
- Market volatility linked to PRN and evidence trading mechanisms
These risks are mitigated through active policy engagement, investment in systems and expertise, and maintaining an adaptable and resilient operating model.
BEYONDLY GLOBAL LIMITED (REGISTERED NUMBER: 05695937)
STRATEGIC REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026
Future Outlook
The directors remain optimistic about the outlook for the Company.
The business enters the new financial year with a strong financial position, enhanced policy capability, a growing and engaged workforce, and clear strategic plans for service led growth. Continued delivery of the organisational strategy, alongside further development of partnerships and industry engagement, is expected to support sustainable growth in the year ahead.
The directors believe the Company is well positioned to continue supporting customers through an evolving regulatory landscape while delivering long term value aligned to its purpose.

Quantification and Reporting Methodology:
The boundaries of this report are based on operational control. We report our emissions with reference to the latest Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (GHG Protocol). In accordance with the 2018 Regulations, the energy use and associated greenhouse gas emissions are for those within the UK only that come under the operational control boundary. The 2025 UK Government GHG Conversion Factors for Company Reporting published by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero are used to convert energy use in our operations to emissions of CO2e. Carbon emission factors for purchased electricity calculated according to the 'location-based grid average' method. This reflects the average emission of the grid where the energy consumption occurs. Data sources include billing, invoices and internal systems. We purchase 100% renewable electricity for our site and have included an additional net emissions figure calculated using market-based factors to account for this in our report above. For transport data where actual usage data (e.g. litres) was unavailable conversions were made using average fuel consumption factors to estimate the usage.

STATEMENT OF DIRECTORS' RESPONSIBILITIES
The directors are responsible for preparing the Strategic Report, the Report of the Directors and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the directors have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). Under company law the directors must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the profit or loss of the company for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the directors are required to:
| - | select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; |
| - | make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent; |
| - | prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business. |
The directors are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
STATEMENT AS TO DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO AUDITORS
So far as the directors are aware, there is no relevant audit information (as defined by Section 418 of the Companies Act 2006) of which the company's auditors are unaware, and each director has taken all the steps that he or she ought to have taken as a director in order to make himself or herself aware of any relevant audit information and to establish that the company's auditors are aware of that information.
AUDITORS
The auditors, Wallwork Nelson & Johnson, will be proposed for re-appointment at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD:
REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF
BEYONDLY GLOBAL LIMITED
Opinion
We have audited the financial statements of Beyondly Global Limited (the 'company') for the year ended 31 March 2026 which comprise the Income Statement, Other Comprehensive Income, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement and Notes to the Cash Flow Statement, Notes to the Financial Statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies. The financial reporting framework that has been applied in their preparation is applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards, including Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
In our opinion the financial statements:
| - | give a true and fair view of the state of the company's affairs as at 31 March 2026 and of its profit for the year then ended; |
| - | have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice; and |
| - | have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. |
Basis for opinion
We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. Our responsibilities under those standards are further described in the Auditors' responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements section of our report. We are independent of the company in accordance with the ethical requirements that are relevant to our audit of the financial statements in the UK, including the FRC's Ethical Standard, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requirements. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Conclusions relating to going concern
In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.
Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.
Our responsibilities and the responsibilities of the directors with respect to going concern are described in the relevant sections of this report.
Other information
The directors are responsible for the other information. The other information comprises the information in the Strategic Report and the Report of the Directors, but does not include the financial statements and our Report of the Auditors thereon.
Our opinion on the financial statements does not cover the other information and, except to the extent otherwise explicitly stated in our report, we do not express any form of assurance conclusion thereon.
In connection with our audit of the financial statements, our responsibility is to read the other information and, in doing so, consider whether the other information is materially inconsistent with the financial statements or our knowledge obtained in the audit or otherwise appears to be materially misstated. If we identify such material inconsistencies or apparent material misstatements, we are required to determine whether this gives rise to a material misstatement in the financial statements themselves. If, based on the work we have performed, we conclude that there is a material misstatement of this other information, we are required to report that fact. We have nothing to report in this regard.
Opinions on other matters prescribed by the Companies Act 2006
In our opinion, based on the work undertaken in the course of the audit:
| - | the information given in the Strategic Report and the Report of the Directors for the financial year for which the financial statements are prepared is consistent with the financial statements; and |
| - | the Strategic Report and the Report of the Directors have been prepared in accordance with applicable legal requirements. |
REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF
BEYONDLY GLOBAL LIMITED
Matters on which we are required to report by exception
In the light of the knowledge and understanding of the company and its environment obtained in the course of the audit, we have not identified material misstatements in the Strategic Report or the Report of the Directors.
We have nothing to report in respect of the following matters where the Companies Act 2006 requires us to report to you if, in our opinion:
| - | adequate accounting records have not been kept, or returns adequate for our audit have not been received from branches not visited by us; or |
| - | the financial statements are not in agreement with the accounting records and returns; or |
| - | certain disclosures of directors' remuneration specified by law are not made; or |
| - | we have not received all the information and explanations we require for our audit. |
Responsibilities of directors
As explained more fully in the Statement of Directors' Responsibilities set out on page six, the directors are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such internal control as the directors determine necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
In preparing the financial statements, the directors are responsible for assessing the company's ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unless the directors either intend to liquidate the company or to cease operations, or have no realistic alternative but to do so.
Auditors' responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements
Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue a Report of the Auditors that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs (UK) will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements.
The extent to which our procedures are capable of detecting irregularities, including fraud is detailed below:
| - | Enquiry of management and those charged with governance around actual and potential litigation and claims. |
| - | Enquiry of entity staff in tax and compliance functions to identify any instances of non-compliance with laws and |
regulations.
| - | Reviewing minutes of meetings of those charged with governance. |
| - | Reviewing financial statement disclosures and testing to support documentation to assess compliance with |
applicable laws and regulations.
| - | Auditing the risk of management override of controls and evaluating the business rationale of significant |
transactions outside the normal course of business.
A further description of our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements is located on the Financial Reporting Council's website at www.frc.org.uk/auditorsresponsibilities. This description forms part of our Report of the Auditors.
REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF
BEYONDLY GLOBAL LIMITED
Use of our report
This report is made solely to the company's members, as a body, in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006. Our audit work has been undertaken so that we might state to the company's members those matters we are required to state to them in a Report of the Auditors and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and the company's members as a body, for our audit work, for this report, or for the opinions we have formed.
