2Off balance sheet arrangements
The business account for CA Educational was closed, without permission from the director, by Barclays Bank.

During the period of September 2025 to September 2026 the director issued a complaint to Barclays PLC and then subsequently raised the issue with the Ombudsman.

During the past year therefore, the company has not been trading and has had no access to its assets, held with Barclays Bank.
Once resolved, the company will be closed.
The direction Miss Catherine Mary Aldis has been advised to submit the accounts showing the assets held.
