2. Additional disclosures

Accounting Policies

i. Basis of Preparation

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

ii. Revenue Recognition

Turnover represents the value of goods and services supplied during the financial year, excluding VAT and other sales taxes. Turnover is recognised when the company supplies goods or services to customers.

iii. Taxation

The tax expense represents the corporation tax payable in respect of the taxable profits for the financial year.

iv. Operating Expenses

Operating expenses are recognised in the profit and loss account when incurred in the normal course of the company's business.

vii. Going Concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, as the directors consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
With effect from 20 October 2026, the name of the Company was changed from Nyaasa Ltd to P5VI Technologies Limited .
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the director on 27 October 2026 and are signed on its behalf by:
