1. Revision by replacement
These financial statements:
- replace the original financial statements;
- are now the statutory financial statements;
- are prepared as they were at the date of the original accounts;
The original accounts have been revised to correct processing and classification errors identified in the financial statements. The figures presented herein reflect the corrected statutory position of the company for the period.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
