Notes to the Accounts

1. Basis of Preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling.

2. Statutory Information
LIONSFIELD LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company's registered office is 2a Ramsay Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 8AX, United Kingdom.

3. Average Number of Employees
The average number of employees during the period was 1.

4. Going Concern
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. Rental income generally covers routine operating and finance payments, although additional funding may be required for property works. At 31 October 2025 the company had net liabilities of £566,321.86, including substantial private borrowing requiring repayment or renegotiation. Continued operation depends on creditor support, agreement over repayment terms and funding for necessary works. These conditions indicate a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The accounts do not include adjustments that would arise if the company were unable to continue.

5. Off Balance Sheet Disclosure
A private lender’s £500,000 loan, recognised within creditors, carries a contingent return described by the directors as 30% of rental profits if profitable. No separate liability for that return has been recognised on the reported loss basis; the amount ultimately payable depends on the contractual definition of profit.
