These revised accounts replace the original accounts for the year ended 31 May 2024 and are now the statutory accounts of the company for that year. They have been prepared as at the date of the original accounts and not as at the date of revision; accordingly they do not deal with events between those dates.
The original accounts were prepared on the basis that the company was dormant. That basis was incorrect: the company had significant accounting transactions during the period, including sales of goods, and was not entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006. The revised accounts have been prepared as micro-entity accounts and include all of the company’s transactions for the period: turnover, purchases and other expenses (including expenses paid personally by the director), and the amount due to the director. The company claims exemption from audit under section 477 as a small company.
