The previously filed accounts omitted a Corporation Tax recovery of £599.64 arising from the carry-back of trading losses to the preceding accounting period.
The revised accounts recognise this amount within current assets, increasing the company's net assets and capital and reserves for 2026 by £599.64.
The comparative figures for 2025 have also been restated to reflect corrections to historical equipment depreciation and Corporation Tax creditors. As a result, comparative fixed assets, creditors and capital and reserves have been adjusted.
The revised accounts incorporate these corrections and replace the accounts previously filed for the year ended 30 September 2026.
During the financial year ended 30 September 2026, the company paid dividends totalling £5,000 to its shareholders. These distributions have been deducted from retained earnings and have not been included as expenses in the Profit and Loss Account.
