AMENDED ACCOUNTS
These revised accounts replace the original annual accounts of Cuba Construction Ltd for the financial period from 17 November 2023 to 30 November 2024 and are now the statutory accounts of the company for that period. They have been prepared as at 19 September 2025, the date of the original annual accounts, and not as at the date of revision, and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. The original annual accounts did not comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 because amounts reported for fixed assets, current assets, creditors and the resulting net current assets, net assets and capital and reserves were misstated. The significant amendments correct those balances and the related disclosures.
