For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

MLF UK worked to nurture, equip and connect emerging Muslim leaders, developing their skills, confidence and ethical grounding to lead effectively. Through leadership development programmes, workshops, book clubs, networking, mentorship and community events, we promoted values-driven and service-oriented leadership rooted in compassion, justice and integrity. Our activities aimed to strengthen leadership pathways, build stronger community networks, encourage civic engagement and empower young Muslims to contribute positively to society.

Consultation with stakeholders

We consulted programme participants and stakeholders as part of our impact reporting, gathering feedback on programme delivery, experiences and outcomes. We also engaged with partner organisations regarding the planning and delivery of programmes to ensure activities met community needs.
