Guarantees and other financial commitments
Bank loans of £3,310,810 (2025: £3,200,000) are secured via a fixed charge over the properties to which the loans relate, and a floating charge over all the property or undertakings of the LLP.

For the year ended 31 March 2026, the limited liability partnership was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the limited liability partnership to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act (as applied to limited liability partnerships) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime.
The accounts were approved and authorised for issue by the members on 11 September 2026.
