Describe the activities the company has carried out during the year and how they have benefited the community.

Thrive Holistic Education CIC provided a holistic educational setting for home-educated children in the local community, combining academic learning, outdoor education, creativity and emotional wellbeing. Throughout the year, children participated in literacy, numeracy, Welsh language and culture, nature-based learning, practical activities and personal development sessions. Thrive also organised enrichment opportunities with visiting specialists and local organisations. Our activities supported children's confidence, friendships, social development and wellbeing, while providing families with access to a supportive, community-focused educational environment.

How they were consulted: Parents through conversations, emails, feedback and discussions.

Actions taken: We listened to feedback from parents and children and used this to review and adapt our educational activities, routines and provision to better support children's individual learning, social development and wellbeing.

Remuneration received by the directors, including benefits: £39,069. The directors received no remuneration for their duties as directors. They were paid separately for educational teaching services provided to the CIC in a self-employed capacity, for which they submitted invoices.
