The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 3).
Additional Disclosures
The accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025 were prepared under FRS 102 (Section 1A.) On transition to FRS 105 the financial statements have been restated from 1 February 2024 to reflect the simplified rules of FRS 105, including removing deferred tax that is not required under FRS 105. Following restatement capital and reserves at 31 January 2025 is £1,161,593 (Previously £1,157,014)
