The company’s ability to continue as a going concern depends on the continued support of its shareholders, who provide funding and own the property from which the company operates.

The shareholders have confirmed their intention to provide the financial support necessary for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and to make the property available for its continued use, for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.

Having considered the company’s financial position, cash flow forecasts and the shareholders’ willingness and ability to provide continued support, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
