The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

3	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £641,196 (2025 - £365,599). Handelsbanken PLC has a fixed charge over freehold property at 4 and 6 Beauley Road, Bristol.

For the financial year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
