During the year the average number of employees was Nil (2024 - Nil).
3 Prior year adjustment
The comparative figures have been restated to remove deferred tax balances that were recognised in prior years in respect of trading losses. Deferred tax is not recognised under FRS 105. Net assets at 31 December 2024 were previously reported as £23,310. The restatement reduces this by £9,413, of which £6,790 relates to periods up to 31 December 2023 and £2,623 to the year ended 31 December 2024. After rounding of £1, the restated figure is £13,898.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges their responsibilities to comply with the Companies Act 2006 in respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
