During the past financial year, High Achievers Lab has continued to pursue its mission of empowering the Brixton community through inclusive, purpose-driven fitness initiatives that promote physical health, holistic well-being, and positive social impact. The company delivers a range of fitness classes and programmes, including strength training and cardio workouts, designed to accommodate individuals with varying fitness levels and needs. During the year, High Achievers Lab moved into its own dedicated space, enabling it to expand its activities and provide more targeted sessions for paying members alongside free fitness sessions for the local community. The company also introduced new sessions specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and above, further strengthening its commitment to making fitness accessible to different age groups within the community. A key element of High Achievers Lab's social impact model is that member subscriptions help fund free fitness classes for local young people and young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These sessions provide an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages physical activity, builds confidence, promotes resilience, and supports overall well-being. Through these initiatives, High Achievers Lab continues to create opportunities for community members to access fitness and wellness activities, regardless of their circumstances. Its dedicated space, expanded session offerings, and continued provision of free community classes reflect its ongoing commitment to improving health, fostering social inclusion, and delivering meaningful benefits to the Brixton community.
High Achievers Lab is dedicated to inclusive and collaborative practices, prioritising stakeholder engagement to shape our services and maximise community impact. Our stakeholders include our members, beneficiaries (young people and young adults with SEND), strategic partners, and the broader Brixton community. Stakeholder Consultation Methods: 1. Surveys and Questionnaires: We conducted two comprehensive surveys to gather stakeholder insights on training preferences, satisfaction levels, brand perception, and areas for improvement. These surveys were designed to capture diverse perspectives and inform our decision-making. 2. Direct Engagement: Through personalised outreach and one-on-one conversations, we collected real-time feedback, addressed queries, and fostered stronger connections with stakeholders. Actions Taken in Response to Feedback: 1. Tailored Fitness Offerings: Based on stakeholder preferences, we diversified our weekly schedule to include a broader range of fitness sessions, ensuring accessibility and alignment with members' needs. 2.Optimised Session Timings: Feedback on preferred timings led to a revised schedule that better accommodates stakeholders lifestyles. 3. Strengthened Social Impact: Stakeholder support for our social mission prompted us to expand free fitness classes for local young people and young adults with SEND, reinforcing our commitment to community empowerment. 4. Brand Development: Positive feedback on High Achievers Lab's brand identity encouraged us to maintain our strong reputation. 5. Service Enhancements: Stakeholder suggestions for improvement drove upgrades to move into our own facility. 6. Value for Money: Insights on affordability led us to review and optimise the quality and cost-effectiveness of our services. 7. Improved Member Experience: Feedback highlighting gaps inspired amore holistic approach to member engagement, addressing identified shortcomings. 8. Community Building: Rccognising the valuc of connection, we introduced initiatives to foster networking, collaboration, and mutual support among stakeholders. High Achievers Lab remains committed to ongoing stakeholder engagement, using their insights to guide our growth and ensure we deliver meaningful, community-driven impact.
