BEONE MINDSET CIC delivered wellbeing, personal development and positive-mindset programmes for the community during the year. Activities included online courses and coaching, group wellbeing sessions and workshops, and a Caring for Carers programme providing practitioner-led support, respite and wellbeing treatments to unpaid carers in Glossop, Stockport and the surrounding High Peak and Greater Manchester area. The company worked with local partners and funders including Glossop Volunteer Bureau, Stockport Active, Sector 3, Forever Manchester, the School for Social Entrepreneurs, ABL Health, The Wellspring and Skylight to widen access to its services. Participants benefited through improved confidence, mental wellbeing and social connection, and carers were given time, support and recognition for the care they provide.
