Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 October 2025.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 28 July 2026, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
The accounts misstated director financing, digital-asset balances and opening reserves, and omitted marketplace income, related fees and a supplier obligation.

Correct director loan and digital-asset balances; restate 2024 comparative crypto balances and reserves; recognise September marketplace sales and fees and an Immutable provision; update related-party and going-concern disclosures.

Date of approval of revision: 28 October 2026
