Investment in subsidiary The company owns 100% of the membership interests in Stimul8 EdTech, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States, on 9 June 2025. Its registered office is 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 34603, Dover, DE 19904, United States. The company's investment was US$10. The subsidiary has not been consolidated, as the group qualifies as small and is exempt from preparing group accounts under section 399 of the Companies Act 2006.
