Depreciation is calculated using the straight-line method over an estimated useful economic life of five years, assuming a nil residual value. Depreciation commences from the month following the date an asset becomes available for use. Assets purchased but not yet available for use are recorded at cost and are not depreciated until brought into use.

Unspent grant funding that must be returned if the conditions are not met is monitored separately. The company received £2,819.44 from St Thomas's Dole Charity during 2025.
