Revised Accounts
- This revised report replaces the previously filed report for the period.
- This report is now the statutory accounts for the period.
- This report has been prepared as at the date of the previously filed report.
- The accounts originally filed did not correctly recognise a business computer costing £1,549 as a tangible fixed asset under the applicable accounting requirements. The expenditure was treated as an operating expense rather than capitalised and depreciated over its useful economic life.
Consequently, the original accounts misstated fixed assets, accumulated profits and the related Corporation Tax provision. The revised accounts correct these matters to comply with the applicable accounting requirements under the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105.
- The revised accounts correct the accounting treatment of a business computer costing £1,549, which was previously included in operating expenses. The computer has now been capitalised as a fixed asset, with depreciation charged for the accounting period.
The revisions consequently update fixed assets, operating expenses, profit, retained earnings and the Corporation Tax provision. The presentation of the £1 issued but unpaid share capital has also been corrected.
These changes ensure that the accounts accurately reflect the company's financial position at 31 January 2026.
Date of approval of revision: 28 October 2026
The accounts were approved by the Board of Directors and authorised for issue on 28 October 2026.
