Advances

An individual who ceased to be a director in the year had a loan account that is repayable on demand, and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 April 2025, the balance owed by the individual was £nil. During the year, the company made advances to the individual amounting to £97,881 and received payments of £83,985, leaving a balance due from the individual of £13,896.
