    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below. They have been consistently applied and remained unchanged from the previous year/period. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A Small Entities of Financial Reporting Standard 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the UK and Republic of Ireland. There were no material departures from the standard. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling.
