3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to directors
During the period the company has purchased personal items for the directors, and they received cash transfers. On occasion the directors purchase items for the company. The loan has been partly repaid by the dividends received or money introduced. The loan is repayable on demand and interest is charged at the official rate. No amounts have been written off or waived in respect of the loan. The directors owed £44,198 to the company at the start of the year, additional loans given were £75,487 and repayments £53,467, making £66,218 owed at to the company at the end of the year. This has been repaid in full after the year-end.

The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 January 2026.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities to comply with the Companies Act 2006 in respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
