The above loan is unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest is charged on the overdrawn days at the Official Rate. The balance at the year end has subsequently been repaid by a combination of salary and dividends within nine months of the year end.

4. Related party notes

During the year to 30 June 2026 services to the value of £19,500 (2025: £51,900) were billed to the company by JFC Metris Ltd which is a company wholly owned by DB Simmons.

These transactions were at market value and on normal business terms.

For the year ending 30 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
