These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The company owns 100% of the shares in Bandstand UK Limited. During the year, the company provided management services to Bandstand UK Limited, in the amount of £464,000 (2024 £356,000). The company owed £320,200 (2024 £320,200) to Bandstand UK Limited, which is payable on demand. This is included in note 7.

Advances and Credits

Transaction with director
The company had an outstanding directors loan in the name of Mr Tom Tootal of £9,900 (2024 £8,309) at the year end. This is included in note 6. This loan is interest free, and payable by 30 April 2025.
