The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 1 (2025: 1).

For the period ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 January 2026. These revised accounts are now the statutory accounts of the company for the period ended 31 January 2026. These revised accounts have been prepared as at the date of the original accounts and not as at the date of revision, and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. The original accounts did not correctly reflect the company's financial position because the comparative figures for the year ended 31 January 2025 did not incorporate a previously omitted creditor balance of £601. This error affected the opening balances and the presentation of the company's financial position at 31 January 2026. The comparative figures for the year ended 31 January 2025 have been restated to reflect the corrected creditor balance and accumulated losses. The balance sheet for the year ended 31 January 2026 has also been revised to reflect the corrected balances. Net liabilities at 31 January 2026 have increased from £553 to £1,155. The corporation tax liability remains unchanged. The revision of these accounts was approved by the board on 28 October 2026.
