2Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Turnover policy
Tangible assets depreciation policy
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director has confirmed his intention and ability to provide financial support for loan repayments and essential bills for at least twelve months from approval.
The comparative figures have been restated to correct prior-period errors relating to fixed assets and depreciation, the disposal of a vehicle canopy, residential expenditure charged to the director's account, subscription prepayments, and bank, loan and accrual balances. These corrections have been reflected in comparative balances and opening reserves, as appropriate.
