The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
At 31 January 2026, the company had net liabilities of £111,099, net current liabilities of £4,216 and incurred a loss after taxation of £21,836 for the period. The company therefore remains reliant on the continuing financial support of its directors.
The directors have reviewed the company's expected trading and cash flow requirements and are taking action to reduce overheads, including reducing discretionary expenditure and moving to lower-cost premises.
The directors' loan accounts totalled £109,822 at the reporting date. These loans are unsecured and interest free and the directors have confirmed that they will not seek repayment for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and intend to continue supporting the company during this period.
Material uncertainty related to going concern
The company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on future trading, the successful reduction of its operating costs and the continued financial support of the directors. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
Having considered the above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore consider the going concern basis of preparation to remain appropriate.
